- 14 ounces frozen brussels sprouts, thawed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Recipe
- 1 mix butter, garlic salt and onion powder together and set aside.
- 2 thread brussels sprouts onto metal skewers.
- 3 grill sprouts on medium low heat until they start to soften (about 10 minutes).
- 4 turn frequently and brush with the butter mixture every few minutes.
