Grilled Caramelized Onions

Ingredients

• 1/4 cup butter
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 4 medium onions, halved

Recipe

• 1 melt butter and stir in honey and salt.
• 2 place peeled onion halves in small casserole dish and pour over the butter sauce.
• 3 bake covered at 400 1 hour, remove cover and bake 20 min more, until browned and sticky.
