Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 yellow pepper, cut into strips
- 1 red pepper, cut into strips
- 1 green pepper, cut into strips
- 1 orange bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, grated
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
Recipe
- 1 1.heat oil in a nonstick 10 inch skillet. add peppers, onions, and garlic; saute 5 minutes.
- 2 2. add worchestershire sauce and water, and cook over medium heat for 2 mins, stirrnig frequently.
- 3 3. add ground pepper, stir and serve.
