Four Pepper Saute

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 7 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 yellow pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 red pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 green pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 orange bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, grated
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Recipe

  • 1 1.heat oil in a nonstick 10 inch skillet. add peppers, onions, and garlic; saute 5 minutes.
  • 2 2. add worchestershire sauce and water, and cook over medium heat for 2 mins, stirrnig frequently.
  • 3 3. add ground pepper, stir and serve.
