- 2 lbs frozen cubed hash brown potatoes
- 16 ounces sour cream
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in large bowl.
- 2 spray crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
- 3 turn ingredients into crock pot.
- 4 cook on low for 5 to 6 hours.
