- 8 medium granny smith apples, chopped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a heavy skillet over medium-low heat. add apples, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. sauté 15 to 20 minutes, or until apples are tender.
