Fried Rice With Ham

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked long-grain rice (cold)
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup cooked ham, cut into small pieces
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 loosen and separate grains of rice. place a large skillet or wok on high heat; add 2 tblsp. oil, fry onions to a light golden brown. add ham and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. dish onto plate and set aside. add 1 tblsp. oil to skillet; add eggs and stir fry until cooked. add rice to eggs; stir in soy sauce. add ham and onion, mixing thoroughly until completely hot.
