Fried Ripe Plantains

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 plantains (ripe plantains)
  • oil (for frying)

Recipe

  • 1 peel the plantains.
  • 2 cut the plantains lengthwise, about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick.
  • 3 fry untill golden brown.
  • 4 drain on a paper towel.
  • 5 enjoy !
