Fried Ripe Plantains

2 plantains (ripe plantains)
oil (for frying)
Recipe
1 peel the plantains.
2 cut the plantains lengthwise, about 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick.
3 fry untill golden brown.
4 drain on a paper towel.
5 enjoy !
