Gravy Peas

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans peas
  • 2 tablespoons margarine
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups 2% low-fat milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter in saucepan.
  • 2 whisk in flour. cook for 1 minute.
  • 3 add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
  • 4 stir in peas. cook until warmed through.
  • 5 season with salt and pepper.
