- 2 (15 ounce) cans peas
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 cups 2% low-fat milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in saucepan.
- 2 whisk in flour. cook for 1 minute.
- 3 add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
- 4 stir in peas. cook until warmed through.
- 5 season with salt and pepper.
