Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 cups broccoli (sliced)
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 2 tablespoons pine nuts
Recipe
- 1 heat the oil in a skillet over medium-low heat. add the oil, broccoli and garlic. cook until the broccoli is tender crisp and beginning to brown (about 4 minutes), stirring occasionally. stir in the pine nuts. season to taste with salt and pepper. serve hot.
