Corn Spoon Bread

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 (8 1/2 ounce) package corn muffin mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) can cream-style corn, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 (8 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained

Recipe

  • 1 stir together all ingredients.
  • 2 pour into a greased 11x7-inch baking dish.
  • 3 bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until golden.
