- 4 tablespoons butter
- 6 garlic cloves, crushed
- 2 cups long grain brown rice
- 5 cups chicken broth, divided
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a saucepan, add rice and garlic, saute until golden. add 2 cups of chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- 2 place into crock pot, with remaining 3 cups of broth.
- 3 cook on high, 4-5 hours.
