Ingredients

- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon dill
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced thin
- 1 medium sweet onion, sliced
Recipe
- 1 whisk all ingredients together except cucumber.
- 2 add cucumber and stir well.
- 3 refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
