Easy Chinese Egg Fried Rice

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 cups cooked rice, cold
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in wok or pan.
  • 2 add egg and scramble.
  • 3 add rice and sauté until rice clumps are loosened.
  • 4 add salt to taste.
  • 5 sauté in green onion and sesame oil for fragrance.
  • 6 serve immediately.
