Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cups cooked rice, cold
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in wok or pan.
- 2 add egg and scramble.
- 3 add rice and sauté until rice clumps are loosened.
- 4 add salt to taste.
- 5 sauté in green onion and sesame oil for fragrance.
- 6 serve immediately.
