Ingredients

- 1/4-1/2 cup garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup unsalted creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup tamari
- 1 -3 tablespoon honey (orange honey is amazing)
- 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons chili oil
- cilantro, for garnish
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients.
- 2 allow to sit at least 2 hours.
- 3 note: when using a garlic press instead of just dicing garlic, you only need half as much!
