Golden Diced Potatoes Ii

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
• 1/2 cup butter flavor shortening

Recipe

• 1 in a large zippered plastic bag,add the first five ingredients.
• 2 then add 1/2 cup of potatoes at a time, shaking well after each addition.
• 3 in a skillet large enough to hold all the potatoes, melt shortening.
• 4 add potatoes cook and stir over medium heat for 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
