- 4 medium roasting potatoes, cut into 2cm cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 200°c
- 2 pour oil into roasting dish, and heat in oven for 10 minutes.
- 3 remove from oven, stir garlic through oil. add potatoes and toss, to coat potatoes.
- 4 roast for 40 minutes, or until golden and cooked through, shaking the pan occasionally to turn potatoes.
