Garlic Potatoes

Ingredients

• Servings: 2
• 4 medium roasting potatoes, cut into 2cm cubes
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 garlic cloves, crushed
• salt

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 200°c
• 2 pour oil into roasting dish, and heat in oven for 10 minutes.
• 3 remove from oven, stir garlic through oil. add potatoes and toss, to coat potatoes.
• 4 roast for 40 minutes, or until golden and cooked through, shaking the pan occasionally to turn potatoes.
