Honey Mustard Sprouts

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 10 brussels sprouts, cut in half
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons butter
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 dash onion powder
  • 1 dash dill weed

Recipe

  • 1 place brussels spouts in a steamer basket.
  • 2 place in a saucepan over 1 inch of water.
  • 3 bring to a boil.
  • 4 cover and cook until crisp-tender; drain.
  • 5 in a bowl, combine the butter, honey, mustard, onion powder and dill.
  • 6 add the sprouts and toss to coat.
