Datemaki (sweet Rolled Omelette)

Ingredients

- 4 eggs
- 1 soft fish cake
- 1/2 cup dashi stock
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 put hanpen fish cake in blender and chop well.
- 2 add sugar, salt, soy sauce, and eggs and stir well.
- 3 pour the egg mixture into a flat baking pan which is slightly oiled.
- 4 put the pan in 250°f oven for 15 minutes.
- 5 take the omelet out from the pan when it's still hot.
- 6 put the omelet on top of a bamboo mat and roll it.
- 7 leave it until cools.
- 8 remove the bamboo mat and cut the omelet into half inch slices.
