• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1/4 cup cold water

Recipe

• 1 put drippings in a saucepan.
• 2 bring to a boil, shut off.
• 3 put cornstarch and water in a small bowl, whisk well.
• 4 add it to your drippings--it will thicken it.
