Hot Off The Grill Potatoes

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 -8 potatoes, cubed
  • 1/2-3/4 lb bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onion, sliced
  • 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together in a disposable foil pan.
  • 2 cover with heavy duty aluminum foil and place on the grill over medium high heat.
  • 3 grill until the potatoes are tender, about 20-25 minutes.
