Ingredients

- 6 -8 potatoes, cubed
- 1/2-3/4 lb bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 bunch green onion, sliced
- 8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in a disposable foil pan.
- 2 cover with heavy duty aluminum foil and place on the grill over medium high heat.
- 3 grill until the potatoes are tender, about 20-25 minutes.
