Ingredients

- 600 g sliced radishes
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 ice cube
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat the barbecue to high.
- 2 wrap the radishes, garlic, butter, ice and salt and pepper in a double layer or aluminium foil and tightly seal it.
- 3 place the package of the barbecue for 20 mins, until the radishes are tender.
