Garlic Radish

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 600 g sliced radishes
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 ice cube
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the barbecue to high.
  • 2 wrap the radishes, garlic, butter, ice and salt and pepper in a double layer or aluminium foil and tightly seal it.
  • 3 place the package of the barbecue for 20 mins, until the radishes are tender.
