Golden Mashed Potatoes

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 1/2 cups cubed cooked potatoes, mashed
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 8 ounces velveeta cheese, cut up, divided
  • 1 ounce kraft 100% grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 beat potatoes, milk, butter and chives until fluffy. stir in 1/2 of the velveeta.
  • 2 spoon into 1 quart casserole; sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  • 3 bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until throughly heated. top with remaining velveeta. bake an additional 5 minutes or until velveeta begins to melt.
