Golden Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients

- 2 1/2 cups cubed cooked potatoes, mashed
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
- 8 ounces velveeta cheese, cut up, divided
- 1 ounce kraft 100% grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 beat potatoes, milk, butter and chives until fluffy. stir in 1/2 of the velveeta.
- 2 spoon into 1 quart casserole; sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- 3 bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until throughly heated. top with remaining velveeta. bake an additional 5 minutes or until velveeta begins to melt.
