Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 6 large potatoes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste (is an option instead of the salt & pepper) or garlic salt (is an option instead of the salt & pepper)
Recipe
- 1 boil potatoes until almost tender - about 25 minutes.
- 2 drain, peel (optional) and cut lengthwise into 1/2" slices.
- 3 brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper or for a spicier taste use garlic salt / seasoning.
- 4 cook over glowing coals (or a medium high heat for a gas grill) for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
