Grilled Potato Slices

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 6 large potatoes
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • salt and pepper, to taste (is an option instead of the salt & pepper) or garlic salt (is an option instead of the salt & pepper)

Recipe

  • 1 boil potatoes until almost tender - about 25 minutes.
  • 2 drain, peel (optional) and cut lengthwise into 1/2" slices.
  • 3 brush with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper or for a spicier taste use garlic salt / seasoning.
  • 4 cook over glowing coals (or a medium high heat for a gas grill) for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
