Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups rice
- 2 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 3/4 cup diced canned pineapple
- 1 cup ham, diced
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook rice in chicken stock until stock is absorbed. brown pineapple and ham in butter in 1 1/2 quart casserole. stir in rice and season, to taste, with salt and pepper.
- 2 add almonds, stir well and bake for 15 minutes at 350 degree oven.
