Ingredients
- 1 lb ground chuck
- 1 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs (about 1 cup or less)
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (eyeball it, about a teaspoon)
- 1 teaspoon christopher's crushed garlic (eyeball it, about a teaspoon)
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 with your ground chuck, you'll want to add in the ingredients at once and blend with your hands. eyeball the breadcrumbs and add more along the way as you see fit to form a good solid meatball.
