Denise's Homemade Bake Beans

Ingredients

• Servings: 8
• 1 medium onion
• 1/2 lb bacon
• 2 (40 ounce) cans butter beans
• 1 (16 ounce) can tomato sauce
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1 teaspoon prepard mustard

Recipe

• 1 chop up the onion and the bacon and brown and set aside.
• 2 drain and rinse the beans. place in a casserole dish or a deep bowl.
• 3 add the tomato sauce,brown sugar,ketchup and mustard.
• 4 stir in the bacon, onion and drippings.mix gently.
• 5 bake at 350* for 1 hour.
