Easy Vegetable Salad

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can french style green beans
  • 11 ounces shoe peg corn
  • 1 (15 ounce) can sweet peas
  • 1 (2 ounce) jar pimientos
  • 1 cup onion, finely cut
  • 1 cup celery, finely cut
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, finely cut
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup oil

Recipe

  • 1 put all cans into a colander and drain well. then in large mixing bowl combine all the vegetables and coat with the sauce.
  • 2 refridgerate until ready to use. sauce will keep by itself for several weeks in a tightly fitted jar in refridgerator.
