Easy Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can french style green beans
- 11 ounces shoe peg corn
- 1 (15 ounce) can sweet peas
- 1 (2 ounce) jar pimientos
- 1 cup onion, finely cut
- 1 cup celery, finely cut
- 1/2 cup green pepper, finely cut
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup oil
Recipe
- 1 put all cans into a colander and drain well. then in large mixing bowl combine all the vegetables and coat with the sauce.
- 2 refridgerate until ready to use. sauce will keep by itself for several weeks in a tightly fitted jar in refridgerator.
