Easy "light" Gravy

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 3 cups chicken broth or 3 cups beef broth
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cold water
Recipe
- 1 in a medium saucepan add the three cups of chicken or beef broth and bring to a boil.
- 2 in a small bowl, mix the 3 tablespoons of cornstarch and the 1/4 cup of cold water togeher. add to the broth, stirring constantly.
- 3 let come to a boil again and keep stirring until mixture thickens.
- 4 add salt and pepper if needed.
- 5 reduce heat and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
