Grilled Potato Wedges

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 4 unpeeled new potatoes
- tex-mex seasoning
Recipe
- 1 cut scrubbed potatoes into large chunks.
- 2 boil potatoes for 5 minutes.
- 3 mix butter and seasonings together.
- 4 place butter and seasonings in pie plate with several holes punched in it.
- 5 coat drained potatoes in seasoning mixture in pie plate and grill over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until crispy, turning occasionally.
