Grilled Potato Wedges

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 4 unpeeled new potatoes
  • tex-mex seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 cut scrubbed potatoes into large chunks.
  • 2 boil potatoes for 5 minutes.
  • 3 mix butter and seasonings together.
  • 4 place butter and seasonings in pie plate with several holes punched in it.
  • 5 coat drained potatoes in seasoning mixture in pie plate and grill over medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until crispy, turning occasionally.
