Grilled Potatoes "chantilly" (1954)

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cut in thin strips
- 2 tablespoons cold butter, cut in pieces
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- salt
- pepper
- chopped parsley
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese (any cheese may be used)
Recipe
- 1 preheat grill to medium.
- 2 place potatoes in the center of a large piece of aluminum foil.
- 3 dot with butter.
- 4 add remaining ingredients.
- 5 bring edges of foil up, fold and crimp edges to form a tight packet.
- 6 grill for 30-40 minutes, turning entire packet two or three times.
- 7 serve directly from packet.
