Green Heaven In A Pot

Total Time: 1 hr 3 mins Preparation Time: 8 mins Cook Time: 55 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 box frozen artichoke heart
  • 1 bunch green onion
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup medium cream
  • salt and pepper
  • grated parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 cook artichoke hearts as directed on the label.
  • 2 drain and dice.
  • 3 wash green onions and cut fine, including tops.
  • 4 divide artichokes and onions among 4 small ramekins (or custard dishes).
  • 5 break an egg into each.
  • 6 pour cream over eggs, season with salt and pepper to taste, and sprinkle with cheese.
  • 7 bake in preheated 350*f.
  • 8 oven for 45 minutes, or until eggs are of desired doneness.
  • 9 makes 4 servings.
  • 10 enjoy!
