Extra Healthy Cauliflower Mash

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 head cauliflower, separated into florets
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 8 g glucomannan (fiber powder)
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 300°f.
  • 2 steam cauliflower for 10 minutes, until soft enough to easily pierce with a fork. remove from heat & transfer to a food processor or blender. process until smooth. add milk, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • 3 pour into 1-1/2 quart baking dish. bake for 10 min., until top is slightly browned.
