Ingredients

- 1 head cauliflower, separated into florets
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 g glucomannan (fiber powder)
- salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 300°f.
- 2 steam cauliflower for 10 minutes, until soft enough to easily pierce with a fork. remove from heat & transfer to a food processor or blender. process until smooth. add milk, garlic, salt and pepper.
- 3 pour into 1-1/2 quart baking dish. bake for 10 min., until top is slightly browned.
