Ham & Rice Bake

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked ham, cubed
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 cups condensed cream of asparagus soup
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2-2 cups corn flakes, slightly crushed (may use more)
  • 6 tablespoons butter

Recipe

  • 1 combine first 6 ingredients.
  • 2 mix well and place in 9 x 13 casserole.
  • 3 cover with buttered cornflakes.
  • 4 bake, uncovered, at 325*f, for 20-25 minutes or until thoroughly heated and browned slightly.
