Ham & Rice Bake

Ingredients
- 4 cups cooked ham, cubed
- 4 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 2 cups condensed cream of asparagus soup
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 1/2-2 cups corn flakes, slightly crushed (may use more)
- 6 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 combine first 6 ingredients.
- 2 mix well and place in 9 x 13 casserole.
- 3 cover with buttered cornflakes.
- 4 bake, uncovered, at 325*f, for 20-25 minutes or until thoroughly heated and browned slightly.
