Hot Butterscotch Sauce

Total Time: 13 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 ounces brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons golden syrup
  • 1 1/2 ounces butter
  • 1/8 pint evaporated milk

Recipe

  • 1 melt all the ingredients slowly (apart from the evaporated milk).
  • 2 once melted add the evaporated milk and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • 3 serve immediately once cooked.
