Game Day Baked Potato Buffet

Ingredients

- 8 russet potatoes
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 cup butter
- 8 slices bacon, cooked, cumbled
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup green onion, chopped
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups salsa
- 2 (10 ounce) cans chili with beans, heated
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 300 degrees f (150 degrees c). scrub the potato, and pierce the skin several times with a knife or fork. rub the skin with olive oil, then with salt.
- 2 place the potato in the preheated oven, and bake for 90 minutes, or until slightly soft and golden brown.
- 3 serve the potatoes along side all the toppings.
