Game Day Baked Potato Buffet

Ingredients

• 8 russet potatoes
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1 cup butter
• 8 slices bacon, cooked, cumbled
• 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
• 1 cup green onion, chopped
• 2 cups sour cream
• 2 cups salsa
• 2 (10 ounce) cans chili with beans, heated
• 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

• 1 preheat the oven to 300 degrees f (150 degrees c). scrub the potato, and pierce the skin several times with a knife or fork. rub the skin with olive oil, then with salt.
• 2 place the potato in the preheated oven, and bake for 90 minutes, or until slightly soft and golden brown.
• 3 serve the potatoes along side all the toppings.
