- 1 lb potato, peeled,cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1/2 cup garlic & herb spreadable cheese (such as boursin or philadelphia brand)
Recipe
- 1 simmer potatoes in water to cover until tender, about 10 minutes.
- 2 drain and return to pan.
- 3 mash with milk, cheese and season to taste.
- 4 heat over moderate heat until heated through.
