Green Beans With Whole Grain Mustard

Ingredients

- 1 lb green beans, trimmed on one side
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon whole grain mustard
- salt
- fresh ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 steam green beans until crisp-tender and still bright green.
- 2 remove the green beans & place under cold running water to stop the cooking process.
- 3 melt butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat. stir in the whole grain mustard.
- 4 add the green beans & toss until evenly coated.
- 5 season with salt & pepper.
- 6 cook until heated through.
