- 4 ounces feta
- 2 (14 ounce) cans garbanzo beans, drained
- 1 ounce mint, finely chopped
- 1 ounce parsley, finely chopped
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 1 lemon, juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 crumble the feta into a bowl. add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
