Herbaceous Tomato And Corn Salad

Ingredients

- 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen corn kernels
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 vidalia onion, sliced thin
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 in your serving dish of choice add frozen corn, chopped tomatoes, and thinly sliced onion.
- 2 in a blender, blend the remaining ingredients to create your dressing.
- 3 pour dressing over salad and let marinate long enough for the corn to thaw.
- 4 serve and enjoy!
