- 2 cups black beans
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 2 -3 tablespoons lizano salsa
- fresh cilantro
- green onion
- salt and black pepper (to taste)
- olive oil
Recipe
- 1 sautee vegetables in oil.
- 2 add spices and beans.
- 3 stir.
- 4 add rice.
- 5 mix it all up on the stove.
