Ingredients

- 2 cups rice
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 tablespoon garam masala
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 bring vegetable broth to a boil over high heat.
- 2 stir in all ingredients and return to boil.
- 3 reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
- 4 fluff and serve.
