Garam Masala Rice

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups rice
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/2 tablespoon garam masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 bring vegetable broth to a boil over high heat.
  • 2 stir in all ingredients and return to boil.
  • 3 reduce heat, cover and simmer 15 minutes.
  • 4 fluff and serve.
