Ingredients

- 1 bunch fresh asparagus
- 1 -2 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 cut bottoms off asparagus, then cut remainder of stalks into 2-inch pieces.
- 2 melt butter in pan over medium heat- do not burn.
- 3 add garlic for about 30 seconds, then add asparagus.
- 4 stir fry until asparagus is tender.
