Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber, peeled
 - 2 cups plain yogurt
 - 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
 - 1/4-1 teaspoon cayenne
 - ground pepper
 
Recipe
- 1 shred the cucumber with a hand grater. squeeze out extra water with your hands.
 - 2 mix all ingredients together, and refrigerate at least 8 hours to bring out the flavors.
 - 3 mix again before serving. you can use fresh cilantro or parsley as a garnish.
