Easy Bisquick Cornbread

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 cups bisquick baking mix
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1/3 cup sugar (or less, to taste)
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup frozen corn, thawed

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees. grease an 8x8 square pan or a 9 inch, deep dish pie pan.
  • 2 stir dry ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  • 3 in a separate bowl, mix milk and eggs together.
  • 4 add wet ingredients to dry, add corn, and stir until just mixed.
  • 5 pour into prepared pan and bake for 35 minutes.
