Ingredients

- 2 1/2 cups fresh green beans, stems removed
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 3/4 cup water
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon grated ginger
Recipe
- 1 saute beans in oil and butter for 5 minutes.
- 2 add water, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 3 drain, toss with soy sauce and ginger.
