Ginger Green Beans

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 1/2 cups fresh green beans, stems removed
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated ginger

Recipe

  • 1 saute beans in oil and butter for 5 minutes.
  • 2 add water, reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 3 drain, toss with soy sauce and ginger.
