Hash Browns Potato Casserole

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (32 ounce) package frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 mix first 6 ingredients and mix well.
  • 2 spoon into greased casserole dish and top with sharp cheese.
  • 3 bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
