Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 1 (32 ounce) package frozen shredded hash browns, thawed
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup onion
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 mix first 6 ingredients and mix well.
- 2 spoon into greased casserole dish and top with sharp cheese.
- 3 bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
