Homemade Flour Tortillas

Total Time: 13 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, combine the flour and salt. stir in the water and oil.
  • 2 turn dough onto a floured surface and knead 5-6 times.
  • 3 divide dough into 8 equal portions. on the floured surface roll each portion into a 7-inch disk.
  • 4 in a large non-stick skillet coated with cooking spray cook tortillas over medium heat for 1 minute on each side or until lightly browned. keep warm while cooking the others.
