Jacket Potatoes For The Bbq

Ingredients

• 4 medium potatoes, scrubbed clean
• 4 tablespoons garlic butter
• salt
• pepper
• 4 tablespoons sour cream (optional)
• cayenne pepper (optional)

Recipe

• 1 boil potatoes for 10 minutes. drain, and cool.
• 2 place each potato in the centre of a square of foil.
• 3 top with 1 tb of garlic butter.
• 4 wrap in foil, sealing all the edges.
• 5 place on a hot bbq and cook for 20-30 minutes.
• 6 serve with a dollop of sour cream, and a sprinkle of cayenne pepper if desired.
