Crusty New Potatoes

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 8 small red new potatoes
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon lawrys season salt
  • 1 cup crushed corn flakes

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 boil unpeeled potatoes until tender when pierced with a fork, approximately 20 minutes.
  • 3 drain and peel.
  • 4 melt butter and add seasoning salt.
  • 5 roll each potato in seasoned butter, then in crushed cornflakes.
  • 6 place in glass baking dish.
  • 7 bake 25 minutes.
