Ingredients

- 8 small red new potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 teaspoon lawrys season salt
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 2 boil unpeeled potatoes until tender when pierced with a fork, approximately 20 minutes.
- 3 drain and peel.
- 4 melt butter and add seasoning salt.
- 5 roll each potato in seasoned butter, then in crushed cornflakes.
- 6 place in glass baking dish.
- 7 bake 25 minutes.
