Fried Rice

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 1/4 cup chopped scallion
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten

Recipe

  • 1 heat the oil in a large skillet, and add the rice, scallions, soy sauce, and pepper.
  • 2 cook over medium-high heat, stirring often, for 6 minutes.
